Community Time:

  • Request for a new trailer?- a timeline that is reasonable if space.

  • Consider an RV parking revamp. Remove what needs to be.

  • Proposed a community clean out sometime this Summer. Need to be onsite to remove your trailer item.

Updates:

  • CC&RS Update- in the process to be finalized. Vote from the community. 66%

  • Tree bid update for the 739 unit- Jessica will get in touch with Cowboys or bid out.

  • Unit updates have been addressed-Morgan did.

  • Rich to prepare bids for clubhouse repainting to make a decision next meeting

New items:

  • Delinquent units: these issues are being addressed.

  • Leftover leaves etc. at dumpsters that landscaping is in charge of: advise taking pictures to address landscaping concerns.

Landscape:

  • Cowboy to clean up the branches by RV parking. 750 open-ground pipes. Google flags can they be removed from the property- Jessica will communicate with Cowboy on these concerns.

  • Email list of people in tree removal list to be done by end of June: fines will be issued if not done along with the cost of the tree removal- Renae


Move In/Outs:

  • 176 still for rent

  • 816- new renters

  • 792- under contract

  • 775- under contract

  • 166 for sale

Craigslist:

  • Shutter 178 N 150 E- done

  • Craig looking at the pool gate- done

  • Go ahead to repair the chimney- go ahead

  • Siding ask Craig to check- check if he is able to repair the crack or bid out- Kristina
