The Willows offers a variety of community amenities for the enjoyment of its residents!

     Our clubhouse features a spacious gathering room, a kitchen, and a theater room, all available for reservation. In addition, the clubhouse includes a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Outdoors, you’ll find two playgrounds for children, a large open field, a basketball court, and an RV storage area.  All amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise noted on the reservation calendar.  If you encounter any issues at any of these locations, please contact the HOA for assistance.

Clubhouse Hours

6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday-Thursday

6 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday-Saturday

Pool and Hot Tub Seasonal Hours

6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

*The pool & hot tub is typically open from Memorial Day until Labor Day, but is up to the discretion of the board.*

Pool gates remain locked during winter season.

How do I submit a community maintenance request?

Please submit an online community maintenance request by notating on the form the specific location, briefly describe the issue, and include a picture of the problem where possible.  This form is to be used only for items that the HOA has jurisdiction over.  Refer to the CC&R's (Article 8: Repair & Maintenance on page 21) for clarification as needed. Note: The HOA does not get involved in neighborly disputes.

How do I reserve the clubhouse?

Our residents may reserve the clubhouse for group events if they wish by submitting a reservation form online.

**Please check the calendar  before submitting a reservation.**

The HOA will review the form and put the reservation on the calendar. 

If you wish to reserve the clubhouse for longer than a 4 hour period or stay longer than the 4 hour reserved time, there is a $25.00 fee for each hour the reservation extends beyond the 4 hours. 

How do I access the clubhouse? How do I get a key card?

We provide key cards for access to the clubhouse and pool. To request a key card, please text our HOA phone number at (801) 477-6435. Kindly note that there is a 24-48 hour response time for key card requests. If your request is made over the weekend or during a holiday, please be aware that the response time may exceed this window.

One key card is issued per unit. The activation fee for a new key card or replacement card is $20. Before receiving a key card, you will be required to complete a key card agreement and sign an acknowledgment stating that you have read and agree to comply with the community's Rules and Regulations​

When an owner or a renter sells or moves from their unit, please return your keycard to the office mail slot in the clubhouse. This helps us keep track of who is moving in and out of our community and using our facilities.

Why isn't my key card working?

Residents may find that their keycard is not working for a few reasons:

1. Monthly dues are late or not current

2. Misuse of pool, clubhouse, or community property

3. Loaning out keycards to non-community members

4. A fine has been issued which resulted in a 30 day suspension of the keycard

If you do not fall under any of these categories, please contact us, and we will try to get your card working.
