HOA Board of Officers and Directors

The Willows of Springville HOA Board consists of unit owners who sacrifice their personal time and talents for the betterment of our community.  We operate under the guidelines of our community's Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's). We require at least 48 hours to respond to all communications from community members and partnering organizations (realtors, contractors, etc.)

For home sale or refinance, we require up to 72 hours to fill papers out and send them back.

​

For repair requests, we require a copy of the inspections list and at least one full business week to address those items that fall within our responsibility.  

​

An HOA meeting is held every other month. We encourage anyone in the community to attend! We love to receive feedback about what is going on in the community and what we can do better as a board. Currently, we hold the HOA meeting every second Wednesday of EVERY OTHER month at 7 PM in the clubhouse. Our annual homeowner's meeting, where we present the budget and vote on vacancies, is held in January of each year.
