Responding to emails- board responded that the email was received, and asked for a courtesy email to Morgan that you as a board member received it.
Update adding weights to the gym- The vote was unanimous. Ordering a set of 45-pound plates
ants/ email reminder or fb reminder possible= ant traps, Sara will get some new traps for the clubhouse. REMINDER to the community; if you are using the clubhouse, not at a reservation time please be considerate and clean up any mess you or anyone with you make.
Discuss the aforementioned idea of stating to the community when units are fined- post/email monthly how many units were fined for what and how much $.- tabled for next month for further discussion.
Dumpster monitoring- reminder any big items DO NOT go inside the dumpster, or next to the dumpster enclosures. PLEASE smash boxes etc. down. We all can do our part to keep our community clean and presentable.
RV and expired tags- Cheryl go through the RV lot and alert anyone with expired tags (1st warning, then fine), Kristina will go through the parking lot and leave signs to move or have the vehicle towed at the owner's expense.
Landscape:
Moxy coming Thursday, March 16. Do we have a time frame yet? Moxy is not able to give an exact time frame until the morning of Thursday the 16th. An update will be given as soon as available.
Landscaping bid- review bid from Cowboy. Being able to have Joel as the contact makes communication better. Board to review the contract if to move forward with Cowboy or not. Vote by the end of the night.
Asphalt through community (when)- google fiber is to fix cracks if it was google fiber or not. Future discussion when asphalt sealing.
The plastic drain on the sidewalk on 750 between two parks completely broke off. Who, what, and how to fix this? -Cowboy to bid on the price to fix. If not it will be bid out.
Water line to recover - Cheryl is contacting the city water to fix

The majority voted to raise the cost of fines as follows:
HOA Fine Policy
First offense: Fine of $50 will be assessed. Key card access revoked until fine is paid.
Second offense: Fine of $100 will be assessed. Key card access revoked until fine is paid.
Third offense: A $100 fine will be assessed for each successive infraction.
**The board reserves the right to issue fines at will and/or increase fine amounts as seen fit.**
