-dumpster special assessment: pending dues if dumpster trash doesn’t have a better solution for continual violators.

-shed repairs: owners are to fix their own individual sheds
-RV parking: community members all large things such as trailers, RVs, and boats that don’t fit under your own covered unit number parking. Those large items need to be stored in the RV parking lot.
