Updates:
Backyard tree spreadsheet- John to do a tracking sheet of all the units that need trees pulled out, status, and possible timeline. Who is covering the cost and process?
Flooding follow-up/ pump out our crawlspaces to the pond or street? In an emergency, Bryant can come out to pump out water from the pond area to relieve flooding if current water overflow systems fail to keep water out of residential living spaces. Waiting until Spring to fix the pond pump system due to weather and the danger of accessing the current pump. Have pumps checked and serviced each year? Pump items to budget for coming years.
Electronics follow up- new cord to fix the issue, pay Kristina’s son for install

Landscapers and pool companies plan for this coming season: Clubhouse items- Jon pool company to be paid assigned to state pool listing as the company owner. Looking at possible new cleaners for upcoming pool season. Pool needs to be cleaned more frequently in Summer months.
Cowboy- contract up soon. John to speak with Cowboy about our concerns.
Check with the city to see if they can check our pipes to see where the issues are.
Dumpster on 200/any ideas for the TRILLIONTH time. Table and come up with ideas… ring?

Water seems to run into backyards on the west side of 200/concern- checking with city to see if they can check our pipes in the community to locate the issue.
