CC&RS AMENDMENT VOTING FORM: SUMMER 2025

Hello Owners of the Willows of Springville,
A minor correction has been made to our community’s CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions), and your vote is now needed to approve this update.
What’s Changed: The correction updates the section related to the HOA’s insurance deductible. Instead of specifying a fixed amount, the revised language allows the deductible to adjust according to current state requirements. This ensures our documents stay compliant with changing laws and eliminates the need for future amendments each time insurance standards evolve. This is a small but important change that will help streamline operations and maintain flexibility in managing our community.

How to Vote: Please review the attached documents and return your completed ballot using one of the following methods,
Leave them at the clubhouse office mail slot.
Email the board with your vote and suggestions at thewillowshoa@gmail.com
Mail them to PO BOX 87, Springville, UT 84663 to be received NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 24TH .
Send your vote with a neighbor or board member in a sealed envelope at our next HOA meeting on September 10th, 2025 at 6:30 PM located at the clubhouse
We need approval from at least 60% of unit owners (not renters) to move forward. If you own multiple units, please list the address of each unit on your voting ballot.
