1. Property Evaluation & Lot Line Adjustments

• Due to the nature of this matter, please contact the Board directly with any questions. While the website contains public information, additional meeting minutes or details can be provided via email upon request.

2. Annual Meeting Preparations

• Cheryl will mail year-end statements on December 27 or 28.

3. Gym Equipment Donation

• The Edgel family is donating a bike for the community gym.

• The Board expresses appreciation for the donation.

4. Trash Service Reminder

• Extra trash pickup scheduled for December 26.

• Karmen will translate the reminder giving courtesy notice for garbage days and to break down boxes.

• Jessica will confirm the delivery date for notices (likely December 22) and all board members available will help to deliver.

5. Fine Review

• Issues to be sent for not breaking down boxes

• Photos were shared to the board via telegram

• Karmen will follow up and issue fine

6. Move-Ins / Move-Outs

• Unit 58- Welcome packet delivered and key card agreement completed and card provided.

7. Welcome Packet Review

• Board members discussed areas needing clarification or updates in the welcome packet.
