Landscaping Bids:

• C&C – Full season, 9 months: $44,616.06 – Approved (3 Yes votes)

• Lawn Thumb – Full season, 8 months: $85,156.28

• Averett – Full season, 8 months: $47,550.00

Tree Bids:

• 3 RV Parking trees and 2 Community trees: $2,975

• Collecting total for all trees, including property line adjustment

• Follow-up required for tree lot line adjustments

Other Bids/Repairs:

• Door Frame Repairs: Kristina to obtain bids for multiple units

• Security System: DVR replacement for online capability – $1,333.48

• Fence & Covered Parking Painting: Bids in process – Jessica

• Other Items Pending Bids: Chimney repair, concrete repair, pool resurfacing, pool furniture, tree removal, theatre floor options, fence bid

2. Financials & Reserve Review

• Reserve Analysis: Suggested reserve amount ~$1.8 million
