  • Read over the budget and address any questions or concerns

Community Time:

-Concern with the trash any solution: Suggestion- ice melt buckets left in the garbage bins for community use.

-Please offer remote Zoom or Facebook messenger video group or other electronic means of attending board meetings as is indicated in the new CC&Rs. Would allow more input, participation, and volunteer opportunities from non-board members- Ideas suggested at the meeting. Record minutes for Zoom are a way to get the community involved, or Zoom link for meetings.

-More proactively maintain property - e.g. repair even minor concrete cracks and seal concrete at front porches and sidewalks to protect longevity, parking lot crack sealants at least bi-annually, annual siding and gutter inspections and repairs to prevent water damage, wasp problems, annual maintenance inspection by professional - tabled for next meeting.

-Continue with quarterly pest management for proactive maintenance. A wasp problem last year will mean a wasp problem this year as wasps continue to return to where they have been in prior years.- Wasp spray is in the kitchen in the clubhouse.

-Work with city for mosquito abatement each year- some discussion and will address matter closer to Spring.

-Social activities to improve participation in the community- great suggestion

-Suggested: Have professionals such as lawyers, insurance agents etc. do a blurb for the community of the website addressing the importance of their insurance etc.

  • Annual meeting recap- there were not enough votes submitted for a final count. The HOA board will reconvene over the weekend to tally any incoming votes. If you have not voted we strongly encourage you to do so. Once enough votes have been tallied we will let those candidates know and update and inform the community of its new board members.

  • Thank you to those who attended the annual meeting, it is greatly appreciated to have you in attendance and share your thoughts and feedback.
